FTB2 - No WEAPS RESTRICTIONS

this sets the games weapon mode to default
if u are host everyone might get it, IDK
with these addys, u can change many other game settings like:
time, rounds, respawn health
this is the only one i felt the need to put into code form
works for 5 games of a playlist
